We have a horrible situation where the adopters have abandoned a gelding
and are six months behind on board. The boarding barn owner in Momence, Illinois is threatening to dispose of
the horse immediately. We thought we had help coming from someone in Crete, but barn policies
have changed and Scorpio is unable to go there due to not having current
coggins or vaccinations. We need someone willing to pick up Scorpio before he is sent off to ???,
and ASAP will assist in getting blood drawn for a coggins and getting the
vaccinations. He eventually would come into foster care in Wisconsin. We are dealing with short fuses right now and if there is anyone who lives
near Momence who can help, PLEASE email me!
