Getting lots of emails about this.
Check to make sure you have submitted an vet check from a veterinarian for
each year you have had your adopted horse.
We can verify this in our office.
This would be your first step.
If you have not submitted a vet check on a regular, yearly basis or kept
in touch with the ASAP office in regards to changes in placement with your
horse (changing boarding facilities, etc) you will not be eligible to
apply until you can demonstrate two consecutive years of doing so. Hope this helps!
Hopefully the form will be available to view shortly on line. Sue
